Nike Unveils the Kyrie 2

For the fans of Uncle Drew, your wait is now over. Nike officially unveils the Kyrie 2 and it looks to be improve what the first version gave us. Having a large midfoot strap, foot containment is an aspect that Nike would want to improve on the Kyrie 2. Kyrie Irving being able to make quick moves be it a crossover, drive to the basket, or even a pull-up jumper, the strap will be able to provide this lockdown. A multi-directional traction pattern will be implemented again and like the his first signature shoe will run up to the side walls and this time a rounded midsole was utilized for a more smoother transition, making it less clunky when you are doing some moves such as crossovers or jab steps, and even curling from a pick. I also read that there is a heel Zoom Air provided but it was not stated if the forefoot will have Zoom Air as well. I guess I will just have to check them when they arrive in stores on December 15 while this specific colorway is set to drop next year. Here are some images and gif's for you to check out.
