Nickelodeon's Spongebob Sqaurepants will be celebrating its 20th year so Nike made something with the Kyrie 5 to celebrate Bikini Bottom's lovable character. Sporting in a yellow upper, you can really see the design elements of the Spongebob cartoons here. There are various dots placed around the shoe which signifies Spongebob's body. Even the swoosh branding on the lateral side, Nike made sure that when you see the shoe, you can associate it Spongebob without a whim. They removed the Eye of Horus on the heel panel and replaced it with a Nike branding with the typeface similar as the one used in the cartoon (as well on the tongue). The insole has the face of Spongebob and the lacing system has Nickelodeon written on it. Don't worry, you can still play on these, as the tech specs remain the same, it's just that the shoe looks nice to be displayed since I'm pretty sure that this be somewhat limited. But it wouldn't be a bad idea if you play in these as well. This collaboration will release on August 10, 2019 for $130.
