World Balance Invictus collab with Secret Fresh

 

Wow, I am really surprised with this news. We already knew that October will be the release date for the World Balance Climax, a collaboration between World Balance and Secret Fresh <MAIN POST HERE>. But with this drop, mad props to World Balance because Big Boy really love the Invictus and it is only fitting that they do a collab using this silhouette. I saw this post on Bigboy Cheng's Instagram page and he dubbed it the "B69". I would assume that the B stands for Bigboy. As for the 69.... ehrm... umm... you know what it is! It is his standard in grading excellent food on his vlogs. LOL! Now, let's take a dive into the shoe and give you my thoughts.

This particular Invictus silhouette will use an open mesh on the upper with some material underneath it. There are some suede panels that you can see on the toe and heel area as well on the lacing area. Secret Fresh's logo can be found on the tongue. In terms of color palette, hints of red, yellow, grey, and black with the patent leather finish on the sides have some camo-looking hues on it. Underneath is a brown solid rubber outsole with a yellow TPU plate. The midsole is decked in grey with black and red hits which is made from injected-molded EVA with a Bounce Pad Insole system which adds another layer of comfort. The Bounce Pad Insole system is a staple in the Invictus so I would assume that they are still present in this shoe.

Ready your calendar folks, September 18 is the release date and will come only in limited quantities, 999 pairs to be exact. Retail price would be Php 2,699 and will drop at the Secret Fresh store and on World Balance's website.
