Here is another training shoe from Puma called the Pulse Ignite Swan. Right of the bat, it has a mesh upper with underlays which is made up of a reflective material. The reflective material emits a nice shine when you hit a camera flash on it, adding some cool effect and style on your workout (not that you need it since you should focus on your workout not on your kicks, but it's still a nice touch). There is some added support in the lacing system to give you some support in the midfoot area. Cushioning is made up of a combination of a standard foam and Puma's Ignite foam in the heel area.
