Best Foot Forward: adidas Duramo 8

This is a special Best Foot Forward post because it's Father's Day so Happy Father's Day to every father out there especially my Papa who always like my fb posts just to show support hahahaha.

I decided to gift my father some kicks that he could wear during his Sunday walk with his high school classmates (special S/O to RMHS Batch 71). You see, my father is a very simple and practical person so surprising him with a very expensive kicks would make him go "naku ang mahal naman" (that's too expensive), so I decided to stick with a practical and functional shoe that would give him comfort during casual walks or jogs. So here is the adidas Duramo 8.

First of, pardon for the quality of the pics because I took this on a low light because the shoe is surprise gift. Going back, it features a mesh upper which is light with SeamFree which is basically using fuse overlays to minimize stitching. There is a TPU midfoot cage as well in the heel to  provide some support. They provided some Ortholite insole for additional step-in comfort together with adidas' Cloudfoam as the main cushion source. Finally, adiwear rubber outsole which prolongs the life of the sole especially if you walk on pavements and rough surfaces. The good thing is that these are on the sale racks at Toby's Sports in Trinoma for less than Php 3,000 so it is a steal price if you ask me.
