Jordan Brand unveils the Air Jordan XXXII
Jordan Brand unveiled the Air Jordan XXXII which takes inspiration from Air Jordan II by combining premium materials and performance, with both models sharing that same characteristics back then and now. The Air Jordan XXXII will feature a knit upper, a technology being utilized in top-tier models of both Nike and Jordan Brand. To incorporate performance on this material, they used high-tenacity yarn to ensure structure and together with the laces will provide support as well. Hints of Air Jordan II comes in the form using a molded leather or suede piece in the heel and ankle area. For cushioning, forefoot and heel Zoom Air together with the Flight Plate system which unlocks the Zoom Air's responsiveness. This setup has been used in previous models and I think when done right, will provide great amount of responsiveness and comfort. Finally, a modified herringbone traction pattern was used which is reminiscent of a chain-link fence. A first colorway composed of a predominantly red upper (Rosso Corsa) drops this September 23 while the Bred version both mid and low will drop on October 18. The release of a low-top version early is new to us since we are used to seeing lows after some months after launch date so this is a good strategy since ballers who prefer lows can take a shot at it from the get go. Check out the images below as well the video and don't forget to share your opinions on these.
