Damian Lillard's rap name, Dame D.O.L.L.A is getting enough attention that it deserves its own line. This Dame D.O.L.L.A, is Dame's off court signature shoe line which shares the same midsole and outsole tooling as the Dame 4. The most noticeable difference is the upper material which is made up of a lightweight textile which is a bootie construction but looks very comfortable. The shoe itself has laces but adidas keep it lightweight enough that it is dope when you take them on the streets just hanging around and still look crisp and sharp because it is heavily basketball shoe inspired. In this day and age where life style and performance have a different lane but still closely tied together, this shoe from Damian Lillard is an example of a good basketball shoe tweaked a bit that is worthy for off court use. These are already out in some areas outside the US but is scheduled to drop in the States this month.
