Best Foot Forward: Jordan Why Not? ZER0.1

Today's Best Foot Forward will be from Jordan Brand, specifically the Why Not? ZER0.1 also known as Russell Westbrook's first official signature shoe. It's been a long time since a did a performance review on Jordan Brand and ever since I saw the shoe, I am really intrigued by the way it look and also how it would perform on court. I choose the Bred colorway because the white-based upper would likely gather too much dirt and debris and since I rarely clean my kicks, chances are those would turn ugly and humidity would likely yellow the white upper. With this one, it's safe to say that the dirt and dust wouldn't be too noticeable because I plan to test them in both indoor and outdoor courts. I got this from Titan Vertis North with a retail price of Php 6,595. With regards to sizing, it is a bit tricky because I usually go for size 9 but the shoe is too snug for me so I go with 9.5. The length is a bit longer but I can tolerate the snug fit in the midfoot area. So what I'm saying is try them on stores. These are readily available anyways so you wouldn't have much problem I guess. For the shoe's tech specs, here is what I found at Nike's site <HERE>.

  • There you go. I will be doing a performance review so please be patient and I will release them soon. As much as possible, I try to plan in a shoe for long hours in order to give my accurate review and experience when playing in a specific shoe. Also, I try to play in both indoor and outdoor courts as much as possible since some of you guys play in indoors or outdoors (sometimes both). Just from a try on, I can feel that the phylon foam would need some break-in time and it feels bulky. Let's see whether this will change or not.
