adidas Stan Smith Pride Month 2022

 

Celebrating this year's pride month, adidas originals released this awesome Stan Smith which really is a combination of awesome materials and great design. The upper is still leather with the coating in the upper makes it look more premium upon pressure to touch. The colorful graphic designs are embroidered in the upper which is nice because while it has a lot of graphics on it, it doesn't look too busy to me, maybe it's because of the colors are enough to give pop or make it eye-catching without being over exaggerated. Other design elements include a colorful adidas logo in the tongue area to symbolize diversity and the back of the tongue and the sockliner has the words love unites written on it. I also like how they make the upper not too white, this one is more of a beige or cream color. Maybe this is the reason why the designs don't appear "too much" like I said earlier. I saw this at Capital Store in Glorietta for Php 4,800.

Also, not to sound too preachy, but let's always keep in mind whether we rock these kicks or not, it's worth noting the real message behind the shoe which is respecting each other's belief, preference, culture, everything. Let's try to be a better version of ourselves, then we'll be fine.
