Best Foot Forward: Air Max 90 "USA-inspired" colorway

 

QUICK STORY: My friend asked me if I could help him in looking for some Air Max 90 that you can easily rock with almost any casual clothes. However, he doesn't want to spend too much on hype colorways or specifically the OG colorways since he has an idea that those colorways were hard to find and some resellers would ask for a price that would be too much for him. So we checked out some Facebook groups where people are selling some Air Max 90s and fortunately we were able find one and this colorway suits his taste. We even got it for a good price, and most importantly, it is legit. The good thing about joining Facebook sneaker groups is that some members know how to legit check the product and even vouch for certain sellers reputation for selling authentic products. So we got his pair and to show his appreciation, he told me that if I want to do a quick review on the shoe. Of course, I told him I want to. So here it is, a Team USA-Inspired colorway of the Nike Air Max 90.

Like I said, I personally think that this colorway have some Team USA vibes to it because of that navy color in the swoosh and of course, that red accents that you can find on the eyestays, Air Max unit, and underneath the outsole. The grey panel also gives that nice balance and making the whole color blocking not look too plain. For the material buildup, it is pretty much the same. It is your typical leather paneling with some nylon mesh upper. The midsole is also the same which is a polyurethane foam with an Air Max unit in the heel area. Underneath is a solid rubber with your usual waffle outsole pattern for the Air Max 90. I also took some pics for you to check out down below.

At the end of the day, my friend is satisfied that got his Air Max 90s without spending too much cash. Another takeaway from this event is that joining sneaker groups or communities are also helpful if you are looking for some good sneaker deals. Just make sure to be polite in asking for help and try to help out the community as well if you can like maybe giving some good feedback about a certain reseller or anything that may benefit the group. These small things are what make the sneaker community alive and healthy.
