World Balance is back again with another basketball shoe that would basically give cosumers another option when it comes to their balling needs. Some months ago, the Cager was released and that model was the first time WB released a basketball shoe used their Trampolite cushioning. I personally waited for that moment because I think the time is right for World Balance to start using their other cushion techs in their basketball line. The Trampolite cushion when used in a basketball shoe really added performance benefits (review on the Cager soon), that's why World Balance added another option for consumers in the form of the WB Top Flight.

The Top Flight is a good choice as of the moment if you want to play in a World Balance shoe with Trampolite cushion but in a lowtop ankle collar height. Those who rely on being nimble on the court would appreciate this because of the materials used as well. Having a textile upper, there are some threads that are made from a TPU-like material. While they did not specify in their site if it is really TPU, but it is kinda thick and would add some durability in the upper without being to bulky. As mentioned earlier, Trampolite foam was used in the midsole together with Terra Soft Insole System. It is basically built on the WB Cager platform (from midsole to outsole) so I wouldn't think that instability would be a problem because the base is flat and there is a TPU heel counter at the back to provide stability as well. Also, did I mention that Ginebra player Nards Pinto was seen wearing this shoe in one of World Balance's campaign for the shoe? He is a professional athlete after all he would probably need a high-performing shoe don't you think? Who knows, we might see him wear the WB Top Flight at Ginebra games soon.
